Tours Enrollment
- Please provide the participant's name (same as the travel document), date of birth, and contact details.
- Visitors to Hong Kong/Macao are required to provides their contact details and inform their latest status to the tour operator.
- Visitors to Hong Kong/Macao are required to check their valid travel documents and visas. China mainland visitors are must obtain an enter Hong Kong/Macao endorsement. If they plan to travel in Hong Kong/Macao via Hong Kong/Macao, they must be granted an enter Hong Kong/Macao endorsement. If they cannot attend or participate in the tour due to the invalid visas or travel documents, all the tour fees will not refund. 
- Full payment required upon enrollment.
- On the tour date, the tourists must bring their valid ID/Passport, receipt/confirmation at the designated time and meeting point. If the tourist fails to provide their receipt/confirmation and valid ID for verification, the company/tour guide reserved the right to disqualify from the participant. All the fees paid will not refund.
- Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied with parent or guardian.
Tour Fees
- Tour fees do not include entry visa fees, transportation costs to the meeting point, and self-funded items as specified in the tour itinerary.
Cancellation/Refund
- In any case, the tourist who are unable to participate the tour due to their travel documents/visas, or who are withdrawn from the trip or do not participate in any tour activities (such as meals, sightseeing, etc.) are deemed to be automatically waived, and the fees paid will not refund.
- Changing the tour date will be treated as a cancellation of the booking and the fees paid will not refund.
Liabilities
- In case of insufficient tour members, unpredictable changes in transportation or scenic spots, or other factors, the company reserved the rights to cancel the tour one day before the tour date. In this case, the company will notice for returning refunds to the tourists. But the company is not responsible for any liabilities for cancelling the tour.
- If the tour group encounters uncontrollable conditions such as weather, typhoon, the road obstruction, technical problems with the vehicle, the company has the right for safety reason to re-arrange the itinerary and/or the transportation methods. Also, the tour guide will base on the circumstances to consider to extend or shorten the journey. All the travel expenses will not refund and the customer cannot reject.
- On the tour date, 2 hours before the meeting time, if the Observatory hoisted No. 3 typhoon or above, or a black rainstorm warning (depending on the guidance of the transportation company), As the tour has been cancelled, the customers can re-arrange their tour date within 6 months. 
- If a member deliberately noncompliance or obstructs the tour’s activities and benefits, the escort has the right to disqualify the member from the tour, the fees paid will not refund, and the company does not respond to all unrelated behaviours after the member left from the tour group.
- The Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong guides passengers can purchase the travel insurance for comprehensive coverage. In addition, the company does not the duty of any accidents if the passengers are involved in non-preset activities and outside the itinerary. Passengers should keep on eyes on their personal belongings. Any loss, damage or theft, the company will not be liable.
- Our company only arrange/book but not owned, managed, or operated the tours, transportation (such as ships or buses), meals, sightseeing spots or entertainment items. All the items arranged by our company (such as the ticket purchase, exchange documents, receipts, contracts, or notes) are according to its own terms and conditions.
- If transportation delay, accidence occurred, property damage/Lost, or any neglect of duty and negligence of non-our company's staff, the tourist should directly contact or claim from related departments, our company is not liable for any loses.

Others
- If tourist requires to replenish the fees since the children age is over the provided, the passenger needs to respond on it. 
- The service fee from the escorted group is the recommendation. We are welcome if tourist feels satisfied on our services for giving tips.
